Eye On Nature 2016 Competitions

Our Eye On Nature Wearable Arts competition is always hugely popular.  Each year we receive many incredible entries showcasing the artistic talent of primary and secondary school students. Entries are open to schools within Auckland's southern region (Otahuhu, Mangere, Otara, Papatoetoe, Botany, Howick, Manukau, Manurewa, Papakura and Franklin).

Each year as part of our Eye On Nature event, we run an art competition for kindergartens and primary schools in Auckland's southern region.  There are great cash prizes up for grabs!

This is an exciting opportunity for secondary school hospitality students in Auckland's southern region to come together to share their culinary creations.  At our Eye On Nature event (held at the Auckland Botanical Gardens), contestants will show off their cooking skills in our pop-up kitchen.  Entries will be judged by industry experts.

This year's theme is 'Out of the Water, Into the Frying Pan - Foods from New Zealand Waters'.
